Love All Breeds Rescue - Bessemer, Alabama
Love All Breeds RescueMichelle and Sarah Lambert,  dedicate this website - in memory of Brock Lee Shirley, 2003-2009. He was a great dog  and loved by all who came in contact with him throughout his short life, and loved and missed by  his close  friend Tito, and his young son Diesel.  Brock was more than just a dog to his owners/parents, Brad and Amber. He was their companion, friend, and family member. This is to a great dog and many more that need that wonderful home as Brock had.

Love All Breeds Rescues Goal
is to help in the rescue of unwanted dogs and to make people aware the breed of a dog does make the dog, a lot is determined on the people  raising the dog and handling of the animal. Love and Passion goes along way.  Spaying and Neutering your pets helps in the cause of not having so many unwanted dogs and cats.  There are so many dogs needing homes at this time because of people losing their jobs, homes and either abandoning the animal or taking to a shelter.  The picture above is a purebreed Boxer and he was a great dog, however, a great dog, a friend and companion does not have to be a purebred animal. There are so many mixed puppies, young dogs, and older adult dogs needing homes and also there are many purebred dogs needing homes in shelters and rescues. It is best to see what type of dog you think you want, research the breed if specific and review the information contained in the pre-adoption questionnaire. Once you have read the questionnaire then you can decide if a puppy or adult dog fits into your lifestyle and if it is time to adopt.  Rescue animals are wonderful dogs, I believe they truly appreciate their human family member for adopting them, and it does not matter if they are a mixed breed or purebred animal. They give more love back than a person can ever give.

Dogs and Cats are not throw aways, just because you may not want any longer does not mean abandoned it, or take it our with the trash.

Please surrender your animal to a Vet,  Shelter or the Humane Society do not put it out on side of road, or move off and leave it.  That animal depends of you, depends on me and depends on all of us who love them.

Love All Breeds Rescue is a new rescue and  just starting out, even though we have been rescuing animals for several years we are now going public and trying to bring more animals to their forever homes. In the State of Alabama there are numerous rescues, shelters and people trying to help with stray dogs and cats it is unbelieveable, however it does not seem to be enough. There are more animals than people, rescues, and shelters to handle.

If you are interested in adopting a dog, you must first remember this is not something you get and keep for a little while and then decide you no longer want it. This is a living being that gets attached to you, loves and protects you and depends on you for the rest of its life.  This is a contract you are going into for a companion and a friend but  before you go any further in deciding to adopt, remember some animals can live up into their teens.  This contract can be for at least ten years and possibly many more.

Information included in this site are questions to ask yourself  before deciding to adopt and also our pre-adoption agreement and the final adoption agreement is included. At this time we charge a minimal adoption fee to help in covering a small portion of the cost  of veterinary care, shots, spay/neuter, etc. Please review all information in this site and if you are interested in one of the dogs you see in this site, please contact me,
